New firmware for the SIS3150 USB to VME interface online

The new 0x200B fixes a read timeout issue following a BERR after the n-th (n>1) 512-Byte blocklett. The behaviour was not seen with increased BERR timeout values. The firmware can be downloaded from http://www.struck.de/sis3150usbfirm.htm

SIS1350 500 MS/s 12-bit PCI Express Digitizers Shipping
