SIS3315 16 Channel 15 MSPS 18-bit VME Digitizer

The SIS3315 is a midspeed digitizer with superior linearity (see below).


It is based on Analog Devices ADAQ23878 μModule ADC solution.


The digital part of the SIS3315 design was adopted from the faster SIS3316-2 family.


The readout of Quantum Sensors/Magnetic Micro Calorimeters (MMC) is the initial target application.
