Inline Rollmark Detection

RollmaX is an inline surface inspection system to be installed in foil rolling mills. The system efficiently detects and categorizes periodical roll mark defects by size . It is a fast return of investment tool to support mill operators in both improving product quality and increasing productivity.

Four systems are operational at three different European rolling plants being installed in two universal and two finishing foil mills.
