SIS3900 VME/VSB VSB/VME Interface

The SIS3900 is a versatile VME to VSB or VSB to VME interface (direction firmware dependant). Due to the FPGA (field programmable gate array) architecture, flexible minimum overhaed address mapping and special readout sequences can be implemented. At present the board is used in industry as a replacement for obsolete VSB masters and in High Energy Physics for crate to crate interconnects.
